Engage family and community partners to support the needs of our students and families by offering various supports during the Distance Learning and hybrid models, including academic supports, social/emotional and mental health supports, and connecting students and families to community resources.
Technology Support & Troubleshooting
If you need tech support, choose one of these options:
Complete the Tech Support Request Form
Email SEE_TechSupport@rdale.org (include student's name, your contact information and tech support need)

Hotspots can be provided to families who do not currently have quality internet access; please complete the hotspot request form.
Families should continue to follow the District's Family Use Agreement and Acceptable Use policy.
In order to schedule support, you can either: go to My Conference Time, or for more immediate assistance call the main office at 763-504-7600, and the secretary will help schedule. Your initial appointment will be virtual or by a phone call. If additional support is needed an in person appointment can be scheduled.
To schedule your preferred time for a Student Support:
- Go to https://myconferencetime.com/sonnesyn
- Click on the name of the service needed.
- Select the desired date/time for your conference by clicking on "Sign Up."
- Submit the requested information. You will need to enter your email address to receive email confirmation and a “Google Meet” code to attend the virtual meeting.
All in-person visits will be by appointment only. All health and safety protocols will be followed including: signing in and out, remaining socially distant, wearing a mask, staying in the assigned area. Adults and children must stay together at all times.
