Open House
Come discover and meet your student's teachers for the upcoming school year! Please bring a pen as we have many forms to be completed at the open house. Some of these forms can be completed online before the event to save time.
The forms include:
- Educational Benefits Form (This should be completed online by August 12th to received reduced fees at Open House)
- District Photo/Video Permission Slip & Waiver Form
- Device Protection Plan Payment ($25 or $5 if qualified for Educational Benefits, Please bring your letter)
- Field Trip Permission Form
- Kid Pack Program - Friday Food Snack Pack sent home with children
- Grade 4 and 5 Band/Orchestra Sign up (Reduced fee if qualified for Educational Benefits. Please bring your letter with you)
- Past technology and overdue fees need to be paid (Please see emails from dues owed from previous years)
- Student Summary Sheet update (Please bring Emergency Contact phone numbers and current parent emails)
